WW1 Pacific OOB

Imagine is late August 1914, France is near the collapse with Paris menaced by the German Army, the German High Sea Fleet fix the Royal Navy on the North Sea and Japan fell is the time to expande his possesions at expense of the European empires.
Joining the war on the Axis side, IJN joins the German Far East fleet trying to assault Indochina, Malaysia...

Now you have the history, can someone tell me the OOB for Germany, France, RN and USN on the Pacific during WW1 please? Of course IJN is also needed.
