It looks, that I won ("Defense was unsuccessful ... hav been captured") but in fact, losses etc. are correct ... I lost, Sollum is still in Italian hands

Sounds like an easily fixed typo. ;)

Just curious: did you conduct any bombardments of Sollum before you attempted the invasion?

Yes, easy to repair :)

I bombard it four turns (on turn = one week) ... about two month no RP there (if intelligence report is correct) ... but there are about 17.000 Italians ... so I was defeated

Thanks. I was curious how effective the bombarment might have been a reducing the defenses.

I probably destroyed many facilities but enemy forces are fit and ready ... and my a/c are doing nothing. First turn game asked me each hour if I want bombard Sollum, but from this time NEVER
