'Latest patch' sticky?

Can someone post a thread with the latest patch hyperlinked and any notes pertaining to it and then sticky that thread?
If it is updated after each new patch it will save us players a lot of confusion as we can simply check it periodically..:)

Go up to 4th sticky down the patch is in there about 1.4 meg in size
