G'day all
I not sure if I have a grip on all things at the moment, but to balance things out at the start of a game, can you make adjustments to balance a scenario, eg: jack up Japan's raw material stocks by 20% or improve their infrastructure capabilities is that right? and one important issue and nothing to do with mechanics, did u receive sufficient stock to fill all pre orders?:)

Just an observation, when I first D\L the manual I read through it a few times to get a feel of the game to determine whether I would buy it or not. Interestingly I didn't bother with the Scenario Creator, as I assumed I wouldn't be diddling with scenario making for a while. Yesterday after my above post I started reading the Scenario Creation chapter, well I think this chapter is very well written (actually the whole manual is presented)and explains the mechanics of the game very well. This game has the potential to kill a lot of time. Looks like the kids might ahve feed themselves>:D:D

The beauty of being a Beta Tester is that I can throw Tony under the bus when I get into hour 10 of a game.... "No, really, Honey! I've GOT to work my way through this test run tonight, or Tony will be behind schedule and Chris will get ticked! Oh, could you shut the office door on your way out? Thanks!" :D
