2-Player System in SAS

Hi Chris

I apologise if this has been answered already, but I have a couple of quick questions about 2-player mode in SAS. Will this essentially be a form of Play by Email? I have a friend in Idaho, and the time difference (I am i the UK) will place some constraints on us if some form of continuous connection, between us, is required.

The second thing, related to this is that I understand that in time WC:NAW will integrate with SAS in the same way that TAS integrated with FSP. But, WC:NAW has no 2-player mode. Does that mean that if my friend and I were to play 2-player SAS, then the WC:NAW option would not be available?

I will let Tony answer for SAS directly. However, to use WC:NAW for alternate surface combat resolution SAS would have to be played vs the AI. Note, SAS does have a built in surface combat engine so using WC:NAW to handle surface combat is just another option.

Martin - Chris has answered for WC:NAW. Re your first question, 2 player mode requires either PBEM or hot-seat. The game will include help files on this.
