What does the torpedo endurance range stand for in the Excel table? Is it the minimal range a torpedo must run in order to prime? or what?

Hello,

The endurance values shown in the torp.xls table are the torpedo runtimes (in 10ths of seconds I believe) for each torpedo speed setting.

IIRC in the later FSP releases all torps had a minimum arming time of 60 seconds of runtime at whatever speed/range setting they were launched at.
