The Panzerschiffe fleets I've built up (I have all the A-H, Italians and Brits I need, along with Goeben, Breslau and the two dreadnoughts that should have gone to Turkey -- I just need to buy some French) are ready to go. This theater, and what COULD have happened, just interests me more than revisiting Jutland and Dogger Bank.
So far, our local group has played this one:
Hypothetical in August of 1914, where Italy has gone with the Central Powers and the fleets are moving to assemble off Sicily per the 1913 treaty. Goeben and Breslau are with the Austrian 2nd Battleship Squadron, screened by Admiral Spaun and a handful of Huszars. The 1st Squadron has already reached port. This group encounters the bulk of Milne's command (Inflexible and Indomitable, Troubridge's four ACs and a Bristol class CL).
We're playing Otranto next weekend (I have Halpern's book on that one and we're going to include a "what if" where Liverpool is able to participate).
There's Durazzo in the core DR rulebook.
I'm thinking of a clash between the Radetzkys (3) and Regina Elenas (4) where the RM ships are conducting a sweep, stumble across an aging A-H armored cruiser, chase it and end up in an action they weren't expecting.
There's the Battle Line scenario in the rulebook.
There's "what if Troubridge attacked the Goeben."
I was thinking of another where Goeben and the two Turkish dreadnoughts break out of the Black Sea. But I'm thinking it might be more interesting to have the A-H ships hit the Black Sea like Souchon was pushing for and help him engage the Russians. The Russians had a pair of capable dreadnoughts in the Black Sea starting in 1915. And they would have had some world-class CLs if they finished construction in time. It'd be neat if Dreadnought Rising stats were available for those.
