Updating Fighting Steel graphics?

Hey Guys,

In my search to help find out why I can't get Fighting Steel to run I came across this program.

I E-mailed the creator about Fighting Steel and he said he's planning on a converter that will work with the older Direct X games to have better special effects. Here's a link to his gallery of images using his program.

Would be neat if he could get it to work with other older DirectX games.

What we'd need for FS are better res, improved models and textures, not fancy lightning stuff. It won't help much FS to have shadows, reflection and so on, as the converter program seems to do, as long as it is pixellated 640*480 with low-low-res textures. :mad:
