Is there a scenario that includes the whole european theatre, med, atlantic, north sea, channel,etc?

At present the Alantic (includes the North Sea and Channel), Med, and Pacific theaters are seperate campaigns.. the merging of the Atlantic and Med might be workable in a future update, I would have to discuss this with Tony.
