Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place for this thread:confused:, but here it goes. Been a loooooong time since I played FC. Just recently purchased the SCS FC from NWS, and have to say that with the 3Dfx glide wrapper installed, runs very smoooooooth:cool:. I also noticed that in the "downloads" section of this forum there is a link to USN Fleet Assignments, LOL! I posted that thing way back when...... can't believe you guys held on to it all this time;). Anyway, I have since made an "updated" version of that list, and it uses the simpler "notepad" program to read it, so I will post it here, and feel free to move it to whereever it needs to be.
Regards, Robert J.

Hello Cmndr Stryker.

Welcome back to the forum. ;)

FC runs great on the 3Dfx glide wrapper, are you using the nGlide094.exe?
You should see FC on an Voodoo 5 5500 its super-cool, but saying that Warrior has got a laptop with an Ati 5850 and he has said the game runs real good ever at 1280x1024.

Thanks for the updated USN Fleet Assignments.

Curious, what were you doing around 2002 to 2004 regarding Fleet Command Strkyer?

Name sounds familiar from the past, but I'd have to have vivid details of your Fleet Command playing history to know for sure.

Regards,

Havoc.

Hey Havoc,

Sorry for the super late response to this. I haven't been playing FC for the last couple of months, and therefore have not been monitoring these forums very closely. I have been messin' around with FC since 2000, but I have never tryed playing it online, and I have only ever modded it for my own personal use. Now having said that, I have to admit that your name sounds familiar to me to! lol:)

Would say maybe you mean me, since Stryker's a common name around my town..
