Haven't had any tex-mex food yet but I plan to try some before I go- I also plan to pick up some Lone Star beer on the way home (I already bought some St. Arnold's ale- local microbrew- very good). Tomorrow I'm on my way to Fredericksburg for a couple days. It's the birthplace of Adm Nimitz and the home of the Pacific War Museum. There's also a local brewery there which gives tours (I plan to go- maybe they give free samples :D:cool:). I'll be an hour away from San Antonio, so of course I'll visit the Alamo.

BTW, I saw the Lexington in Corpus Christi- I'm in the process of putting those pics on my Flickr account, and I'll post the link here when I'm done.
