Couple of questions before I buy

A few questions before I buy

1/ Is it true there are no scenarios, If so how hard is it to set up the likes of Denmarck strait or Dogger

2/ Looking down the the ship data sheet some personally I'm not sure about some of the values, can I alter them or are they written in stone.

3/ How current is the game or is it dying away from lack of interest is there more support planned?

3) V1.1 was the most recent update.. future updates are pending at the moment.
