Fighting Steel and Microsoft Vista!!

Is there a way to get Fighting Steel to run on Microsoft Vista Basic??? I try to intall but it says it is missing a DLL file and will not load!!! Any help will be deeply appreciated!

Hello,

You need to install DirectX v9.0c to run Fighting Steel; it will not run using DirectX v10.0. You can go to Microsofts site to download version 9.0c -- the URL is below:
