I'd like to use a campaign set around Port Arthur and Vladivostok similar to what's included in the NWS WW1 rules -- there isn't an equivalent set of guidelines for the Russo-Japanese War.
What Battle Point modifiers and starting force pool (point wise) would I have for the two forces? It's easy enough to jot down their historic rosters, I guess. But I'd like to be able to roll up some random missions for the group. We played a hexless/tabletop game last night and had a blast :D

Sorry Matt, not sure why but we did not see your post until just now. I will have WM help you further with your questions.
