Croatia as a country in FS/NWP?

Is there a possibility that Croatia could be added to the next version of NWP?

I've just recovered from feedback :)

How about adding SFR Yugoslavia (1945-1990) to the NVP? We do have super-powers like Macedonia, Albania, Cyprus, Kenya etc. already.

Croatia would make sense in NWP, especially with its two Helsinki class.
