Disengagement interface bug ?

A small issue : when disengaging, if I click on a ship to disengage her, nothing is updated on the screen, where there should be some new indicator (grey arrows).
However the order is effective, as the ships are disengaged in the next movement phase.
I'm playing with latest 1.04, and observed this several times during several games (so it's not scenario or save related).

Actually, if you look at your ships, you will notice a letter and number designator above the bow of each ship. This indicates the ship's division and and place in thew division (for example,
'C4' indicates that it is the fourth ship in division number 3. When you click on a ship to disengage it, you will see the designator disappear. If you change your mind about disengaging a ship, click on the ship again and you will see the designator reappear.

Ah, will look at that, thanks ! Not very "striking" though, I feel like clicking does nothing... Why not put some visible indicator ?

Looked more closely :indeed the letter designation disappear when you click on *some* ships! However on some other it just does nothing - and in this case the ship surely isn't "disengageable".
Yet there's no clear indication of why ship can or not be disengaged, and no error message. Could we have some game feedback on disengagement tentatives ?
