I noted that there is indication of target bearing and aspect. Is there a way to know if all the broadside guns are able to fire to the target or only fore or after guns are able of firing?

Hi, anytime you are firing at a target to the 60 front or rear of a ship it will lose ~50% of its firepower. This was done intentionaly as many ships could turn just slightly to open up more gunnery arcs - including forward and aft guns to some degree. The firepower ratings also take into account "restricted" or "reduced" firepower for various arcs as part of the calculations. Note, this system will be expanded on in future updates.
