Installation problems

Not sure I follow you.. give me your system specs, screen mode (check your screenmode.txt file in the WCNAW directory), and try not to have a lot of applications running in the background if possible.

My screen mode is set to windows. I am including details of my system. When I say the game is slow, I mean that when I use the cursor, a target reticule slowly follows the cursor. When I click the cursor it takes forever for the sound of the click to follow. Finally, the graphics are very slow i.e. instead of an explosion, I get a slowly developing orange ball etc - everything is slow.
