When I try to deploy on the tac map, the program won't let me deploy the second division. Please advise.

Did you click the 2nd division name (which would then be highlighted) and then click on the map where you wanted to place the division?

Therein hangs a tale. No division names are highlighted. When I place the first division, I get a quick flash of some text but nothing solid or lasting. I'm running at full screen.

You might want to try running in WINDOW mode. Some people (myself included) have the same issue when running in full mode on some computers.

OK, scaqled works. Thanks. Maybe a patch or a manual note is needed.

It is in the manual here;

The "window" mode is set by default - it has proven the most reliable for digital LCDs but "scaled" also works well and allows you to resize the screen using a "drag/click" or maximize window. This is a major reason why I included 3 screen modes to cover for the vast combinations of monitor/video card combinations out there and to allow players to try each one to see which works best for them. I will be continuing work on the new 3D portion of the engine as I go.

Thanks.

Right. I was having no problems in Full until I hit this. Am I right in thinking a scenario created in Window or Scaled would run well if brought up in Full?

As before, it depends on the monitor/video card combination, thus the reason for 3 screen mode options. On a digital monitor window and scaled seemed to work best - which is why window mode is set by default. Scaled can allow you to run WCNAW in full screen if you have a monitor/video card combination that can utilize "scaling" which in turn will allow for resizing the window.

Thanks.
