About a year before I finished school, my high school applied for "educational asylum" in the neighbouring state, as a publicity stunt to protest low educational budget. The next April 1st, our local newspaper reported that the asylum had been granted and the high school premises had been declared exterritorial area of that other state. I actually fell for that one, for about 15 minutes.

The city council was about to vote when somone in the audeance figuered it out and told them.

Hey paladin5
DHMO is Dihydrogen Monoxide, Oxidane, basically it is the scientific name for water. ;)

I hope this answer your question.
Water is only dangerous if you drink a lot of it, i.e. 10 litres in a hour it would wash out all the salts in your body, that you need to stay alive. That's easiest way to put it without getting to scientific.
Here are some other links, if your worried.
