NWS FORUMS INFORMATION, CODE OF CONDUCT, AND POLICIES
At NWS our goal is to operate our forums with the directives of professionally toned and mutually respectful conversations, discussions, and debates. We operate on the concept of quality of posts rather
then just quantity. We also believe that a code of conduct is not a measure of censorship but a directive of proper conduct in a professional atmosphere. People are required to act responsibly in various
public gatherings, formal, or professional settings and that is all we ask for on our forums. We ask that all forum members follow the policies and rules as follows;
Rules and policies:
* Advertising or links for other online stores or software download websites is not permitted without explicit permission.
* Mutual respect and professionally toned posts are required at all times. Debates should be considered a sharing of knowledge, not a competition of knowledge.
* Please trim your posts only to the points you are replying to so as to keep down on forum clutter.
* All debates and comments must be in the form of attacking the argument and not the person you are debating with. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
* Stick to the subject topic of the forum. Off topic posts will result in being deleted or moved to the appropriate forum.
* Political history or reference points are allowed on our forums but not political opinions or debates.
* Religious topics of discussion are not allowed at anytime.
* Any picture media must be posted as thumbnailed attachments. Pictures *must* be topic related and not of an offensive nature.
* Participation in debates requires a professional and constructive attitude that promotes a friendly and positive atmosphere on the forums.
* Retaliation on the forums due to unprofessional conduct is not tolerated. Contact us at the email address below to allow the moderators to resolve any concerns.

Continuous infraction measures of response at the discretion of the moderators:
* Editing or deletion of posts by the moderators: A post may be edited or deleted if the post contains personal, unprofessional, or disrespectful comments.
* Emailed warnings to correct the problems: Used for minor infractions or as warnings that a problem needs addressing.
* Forum notifications from the moderators that a problem exists that needs to be corrected: Used for notifying members about off topic posts or that posts have been moved or removed.
* Member suspension from being allowed to post on the forums: Continuous infractions after being warned may result in a member being suspended from the forum.
* Member banning from the forums: If the infractions are of a serious nature then banning will result. Members that spam the forums will be immediately banned.
